Hello everyone, herewith I am back writing a new blog of our vacation in the Dolomites. We went to the Dolomites for 2 weeks in June. One week in Sexten and one week in Val di Funes. How beautiful the Dolomites are. We visited the famous Instagram hotspots and had beautiful weather. Finally we were able to visit the Drei Zinnen also known as Tre Cime Di Laverdo. Which we wanted to visit 5 years ago, but couldn’t do then because of the bad weather and lots of snow. There was still a lot of snow high on the mountain now but the hiking trails had been cleared of snow. We also visited the famous Candini di Misurina viewpoint. A very impressive view with the Candini mountain group in the background. You really feel small when you stand eye to eye with such high mountain peaks. We also visited the famous Lake Lago di Braies and the Fischlein Valley from Sexten. Furthermore, we visited the lakes Lago di Landro, Lago di Misurina, Lago ‘d Antorno. The second week in Val di Funes we stayed in Santa Magdalena. There we visited the two famous churches, the church or St. John in Ranui and the church in Santa Magdalena. And we hiked the Adolf Munkelweg in the Puez-Geisler Nature Park, where you have a nice view of the Puez Odle mountain group. Here are some impressions enjoy:
